When you place an order we collect: your name, mobile number, and your order details (items, pickup time, amount).
2. Why we collect it
We use this information only to prepare your order, identify you at pickup, and contact you about your order.
3. Payment data
Payments are processed by Moyasar, a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). We do NOT store or have access to your card details.
4. WhatsApp
We may send you an order confirmation message on WhatsApp containing your order reference, pickup time, and location.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us on WhatsApp.
