Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling or changing your order

To cancel or change an order, contact us on WhatsApp at least 20 minutes before your selected pickup time slot. Cancellations made in time will be refunded in full.

2. Late collection

If you do not collect your order within 1 hour of your selected pickup time slot, or you arrive after the branch has closed, the order is forfeited and NO REFUND will be issued.

3. If we cannot fulfil your order

If we are unable to prepare your order for any reason, you will receive a FULL REFUND.

4. Refund processing time

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Mada refunds typically take 24 hours to 3 business days. Credit card refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days.
