Welcome to LOVO. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

LOVO is a food brand based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Orders placed through this website are PRE-ORDERS FOR PICKUP FROM OUR BRANCH ONLY. We do not offer delivery through this website.

2. Placing an order

You select your items, choose a pickup day and time slot, and pay in advance. Quantities per time slot are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Booking cut-off

Orders must be placed at least 20 minutes before the selected pickup time slot.

4. Order reference

After completing your order, you will receive an order reference number (e.g. LOVO-0042). You must present this reference when collecting your order.

5. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT. Prices are shown on the menu before you order.

6. Payment

Payment is made online and in advance through our payment gateway (Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard). Cash is not accepted.

7. Collection

Please collect your order during your selected time slot. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if you do not collect.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this website applies to your order.
